Terms of service

The Duran Tools (tools.theduraninsider.com) · last updated 23 October 2026

The Duran Tools are private tools of The Duran, for its team and the people it invites. By signing in you agree to these terms.

Who can use them

Only people with an account made by invitation. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account.

Publishing

You may connect only social accounts you are allowed to manage, and publish only content you have the right to publish. Each network's own rules apply to what you post: the YouTube Terms of Service, Meta's Terms and Instagram's Terms of Use, TikTok's Terms of Service and its Music Usage Confirmation, and X's Terms of Service.

The service

The tools publish what you ask at the time you choose, through each network's official API. A network can refuse or delay a post; the tools then show why. They are provided as they are, without guarantees, and The Duran isn't liable for posts a network refuses, delays or removes.

Privacy

How we handle data is described in our privacy policy.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: salvatore@theduran.com.
